Darcy’s debut single ‘Last Train to Frankston’, recorded at Yama-Nui studio on the Sunshine Coast, tells the true story of a homeless couple seeking a safe place to sleep in Melbourne. One of many songs that capture her passion for community, ‘Last Train to Frankston’ was released on all online music platforms on the 8th of August 2020.

She said "I think we got left behind,
somewhere along the way", and he replied
"I don't even know how we got here,
Somehow we've gone astray,
With trouble greeting us every single step we take
and the cold barren street, we wander around and lay".
He said "there's nowhere else to go",
He said "there's nowhere else we can stay".

So they took a walk back to the station,
try to build a future made of faith,
She said "I don't think that I can do this",
He said "I will carry you all the way
to the last train to Frankston".

In 1971, it's hard work expecting in four months,
and the only thing keeping warm
is the love between their hearts,
worth fighting for,
And housing doesn't happen,
they're left wearing the frost where they lay,
so they bought a ticket and made their fate
a train to board at the resting bay.
